Ready to make a Change?
Support is Available

If you’re thinking about quitting cannabis, cutting back or having a hard time stopping, you’re not alone. Asking for help is a positive step, and support is available. Approximately 3 in 10 people who use cannabis in the United States have cannabis use disorder¹, which can make it difficult to stop even when cannabis is causing problems with your health, relationships, work or daily life. In 2024, an estimated 20.6 million people age 12 and older had a past-year cannabis use disorder¹.

If you’re ready to make a change, you don’t have to do it alone. Whether you’re looking for someone to talk to, a local treatment provider, peer support or help finding community resources, these resources can help you find the next step.
