Statewide Board Director and Foundation Board Director - Appointed By Gov. Mike DeWine

The chairman of the OneOhio Recovery Board, Kidd has been a CEO and entrepreneur for more than 20 years, spending his career founding and leading staffing and logistics businesses. He is currently CEO, president, and founder of :hire (formerly Reliable Staffing Services), a company twice named to the Inc. 5000 list of the fastest-growing firms in the U.S. Kidd previously served as CEO and partner of American Warehousing & Logistics, and Director of Purchasing for Luigino’s Foods (now Bellisio Foods). Kidd is also a board member of the U.S. Chamber of Commerce, serving on the Chamber’s Leadership Council, Small Business Council, and Employment Policy Committee. He is a member of many other boards as well, including the Ohio Chamber of Commerce, Holzer Health Systems, Appalachia Partnership Board, American Staffing Association, the Association of Ohio Commodores, and Jackson County Economic Development, and is a former member of the board of directors for JobsOhio and Rio Grande Community College.

 Kidd sees his service on the board as an opportunity to give back to his community and knows firsthand the toll that fighting substance use disorder takes on family members: “I have personally experienced the cost and pain that loved ones suffer and see the pain of those afflicted. I am honored to be part of an organization that seeks to change the trajectory of the long-term substance abuse that is crippling our society.”
