Region 7 Director

Piccirilli, executive director of the Mahoning County Mental Health and Recovery Board, previously served for 22 years as executive director of Help Hotline Crisis Center Inc. providing information and referrals and victims of crime and crisis hotline services to Mahoning, Trumbull, and Columbiana Counties. Piccirilli also worked at Easter Seals of Mahoning, Trumbull and Columbiana Counties. Piccirilli, a licensed professional clinical counselor, lives in Hermitage Pennsylvania, where he has been a city councilman for 20 years and previously served on the Hermitage Board of Education for 10 years.  He is currently the chair of the Shenango Valley Animal Shelter, a no-kill shelter.  Piccirilli earned his bachelor’s in social work from Penn State University and a master’s in counseling from Slippery Rock University.  Piccirilli, married for 43 years, has two children and four grandchildren.
