Shadwick is the Director of Operations and Communications at the OneOhio Recovery Foundation, where she leads statewide initiatives to strengthen community education and outreach, operational excellence, and public engagement in support of Ohio’s opioid abatement efforts. She previously served as Director of RecoveryOhio under Governor Mike DeWine, where she coordinated statewide efforts to expand access to mental health and substance use disorder services. Prior to that, she was the External Partnerships and Deputy Director for RecoveryOhio. She also worked at the Alcohol, Drug and Mental Health (ADAMH) Board of Franklin County where she was the Senior Public Affairs Director.
