Region 2 Director

With over 35 years in recovery, Stone was appointed to the Region 2 board in 2022 as a person with “Lived Experience”. 

As a founding region 2 board member, Stone had input on the by-laws and grant procedures and was a grant evaluator during the first round of grants in 2024.

Stone is in her third term as an Anderson Township Trustee. In that role she helped lead a volunteer Heroin Task Force to determine the scope of the problem in her community and what could be done to help with harm reduction and treatment. At the urging of the Hamilton County Board of Health, she advocated for a mobile needle exchange program. She also founded and led a recovery meeting for high school students.

A volunteer at heart, Stone also serves on the Hamilton County Sheriff’s Community Advisory Board and the Eastside Boys & Girls Club Advisory Board.

She is a graduate of the University of Cincinnati College of Law.
