Dawn Tyler Lee

The President and CEO of Forrest Street Consulting, a firm that specializes in helping grow leaders and helping leaders grow through coaching and training, Tyler Lee previously served as Deputy Chief of Staff for Columbus Mayor Andrew J. Ginther. There, she was the highest-ranking African-American appointed official and was responsible for community engagement, diversity and inclusion, education, and health, among other programs. Tyler Lee also served as Senior Vice President for Community Impact at United Way of Central Ohio, Founding Executive Director of Partners Achieving Community Transformation (PACT), and Assistant Vice President for Government Relations and Assistant Vice President for Outreach and Engagement at The Ohio State University. Tyler Lee has been featured in numerous publications and been recognized for her impactful work by many groups, including being named a YWCA Woman of Achievement. Tyler Lee earned her master’s degree in urban affairs and public policy from the University of Delaware with a specialization in housing and community development. She lives on the east side of Columbus with her husband, Robert, and their ornery puppy, Chiqui.
